Other helpful considerations needed for our staff to design the Do It Yourself project: 1. Bring pictures of all areas to be designed 2. To complete your information sheet use graph paper to lay out your area. Use one square for each 1’ scale. Mark the following information on this graph paper: a. Mark all overhead wires b. Mark all underground wires c. Mark all water faucets, gas meters or other objects you want to hide d. Mark all sidewalks, windows, porches, patios, decks, etc. e. How many inches/feet of the foundation shows f. Mark all heights of windows, porches, decks, etc. When the planner is completed and pictures available drop the planner off at the garden center so one of our Ohio Certified Nursery Technicians can devote adequate time to review the planner. This planner is geared for small landscape projects. No formal design drawing will be made with the planner. Expect a rough hand drawn sketch on your information sheet. Renck's Landscaping and Garden Center recommends a visit by our designer to the job site if the home is a new construction and has no existing landscape areas. A formal design will be developed. A consultation meeting will be scheduled to review design. There is a fee involved with this service.
